The Huddle Card Checklist is intended to be used during your daily huddle. It provides considerations to note during the patients’ hospital journey from admission through discharge. Some of these considerations include: comorbidities, pack years, and Peak Inspiratory Flow Rate. This tool can be utilized digitally or can be printed.Audience
